Lost my Job

Thu May 28, 2009, 12:49 PM
Hey all,

Recently I lost my job, which has given me more time to work on my books as I search for a new one. I'm still looking for people to do art or photography for my chapters, so read below for more details on that.

I realize that life is crazy, but even with all of the chaos in my life right now there are so many wonderful things happening around me. One great example is my wife graduated with a masters in Children's Literature and now has a job she loves. Another is the fact that in losing my job I have found my family to be most supportive and wonderful!!! Some times we forget this and we ignore how amazing we really have it. I love my brothers and parents, all of which are on Deviant Art as well. They are as follows, the twins :icontwin592: and :iconsargonvii:, the amazing brother :iconstablehalf:, my older brother :iconsaintpepsi:, and my parents :iconarewehavingfunyet: and :iconmomnurse51: They are all very supportive and keep me alive :). My wife is amazing and one of the greatest people anyone could ever ask to marry. I'm looking forward to many more years with these people in my life.

I also have a lot of supportive people on DA. I love you all, and you know who you are!!! :) Especially you :icontaintedbliss:

I've put three more chapters from another book on here. I don't like to give all of the books just because then you wouldn't want to read them again when I actually publish them.

......................

I’ve gotten a lot of replies interested in doing art for my books and that makes me proud of my work and of all of my friends for taking the time to read my journals and stories. It is great to see people get excited about working on them.

If anyone is interested, please tell me the piece you have submitted and I will review it in accordance to the chapter you think it describes. I have a picture on every piece, but would love to have the pictures be more for the chapter they're above. If you submit one and I put it at the top of my page, then I will say a special thanks to that person and put a link to their page and to the art. If there is an (x) next to a chapter in the list of books below, then that chapter already has a specific picture drawn up for it. If it has a (-) beside it, that means I still need a picture.
